You'll execute and optimize antibody purification workflows for diverse formats, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable processes. Your work directly supports discovery platform development and scalable purification strategies. This hands-on role offers exposure to state-of-the-art chromatography systems and high-throughput workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and optimize small- to medium-scale antibody purification across multiple formats.
• Perform capture and polishing steps using chromatography systems and columns.
• Develop and standardize downstream purification SOPs and scale-down models.
• Collaborate with expression and analytics teams to improve purification performance.

📋 Requirements

• BS or MS in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
• 2+ years of antibody purification experience (or MS with 0-2 years)
• Hands-on experience with Protein A capture and polishing strategies
• Experience with SEC-HPLC or aSEC, and CE-SDS or SDS-PAGE

• Familiarity with automation or liquid-handling systems
• Experience with high-throughput purification workflows
• Programming skills (e.g., Python)
