Requirements

• 3-5 years full-stack engineering experience on a customer-facing product
• 2+ years leading an engineering team with significant impact on company growth
• Strong hands-on technical leadership, people management, and project management skills
• Keen product sense and attention to detail
• Background in enterprise software and fintech preferred
