📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth or startup environments
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple disciplines and levels
• Strong ability to partner with technical stakeholders and influence decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience hiring for early-stage or Series A/B startups
• Familiarity with modern engineering stacks (JavaScript, React, Node, Python, cloud)
• Experience building interview processes from the ground up
