You'll serve as the primary technical expert for UpGuard's Account Management team, driving product activation and expansion within existing customer accounts. Your core impact is architecting solutions during renewals and upsells that directly contribute to commercial growth. This role stands out for its focus on a multi-product cybersecurity platform in a fully remote, AI-augmented environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive product activation during renewal and expansion cycles
- Support customers during trials and proof of concepts
- Identify customer pain points and influence requirements
- Assist with security assessments, RFPs, and business cases
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing post-sales technical role
- Experience in a post-sales or expansion-focused role
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity and GRC landscape
- Product expert mindset on complex software platforms

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs
- Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Structured approach to diagnosing ambiguous problems
