🎯 What You'll Do

• Enter and process information into systems with high accuracy.
• Support sales team for timely placement of orders with outsource partners.
• Track orders from placement to fulfillment and delivery.
• Assist with month-end vendor delivery performance and margin reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in online order entry or customer support
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor coordination
• Familiarity with Incoterms, payment terms, and purchase order management
