• Own interview scheduling end-to-end with fast pivots.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and reporting.
• Serve as primary candidate contact for scheduling updates.
• Drive debrief operations to keep decisions on time.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination and TA operations.
• Owned complex interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
• Supported Engineering hiring.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to augment workflow.

✨ Nice to Have

• Power-user experience in Ashby.
• Experience with light sourcing for priority roles.
• Interest in growing into broader recruiting operations.
