💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the Vascular Lab Department, standardizing ultrasound workflows and protocols across multiple sites. Your leadership will ensure high-quality care and IAC accreditation. This role combines clinical expertise with operational management in a growing practice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Standardize ultrasound workflows and protocols across all sites.
• Conduct quarterly departmental meetings for mentorship and standardization.
• Oversee training and supervision of ultrasound staff.
• Manage IAC accreditation efforts and enforce standards.

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an ultrasound or formal training program
• RVT or RVS certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years ultrasound technologist experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years lead ultrasound technologist experience in outpatient setting preferred

• Experience with EMR and PACS systems
• Knowledge of advanced vascular care pathways
