Description

You will handle daily brokerage operations tasks including reconciliations, trade settlement, account maintenance, and corporate actions. You'll work with cross-functional teams to improve processes through automation and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• 1-3 years brokerage operations/trading experience
• Knowledge of equities trading, clearance, ACATS, and settlement
• FINRA Series 99 required
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Intermediate SQL and VBA/Macros

Responsibilities

• Complete daily brokerage operations tasks including cash, position, and trading reconciliations
• Ensure timely settlement of trades and resolve client/street breaks
• Process trade bookings, cancel/rebills, and ACATs
• Monitor corporate actions and dividends/interest payments
• Support process improvement and automation projects
