You'll operate within a hybrid Agile delivery model, facilitating ceremonies and coaching teams to drive Agile maturity. You'll manage delivery across multiple teams and dependencies, ensuring alignment and predictability. This role stands out for its focus on complex enterprise environments and pharmaceutical-regulated settings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
• Remove impediments and proactively manage risks/issues
• Track and report delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time)
• Coordinate across multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in IT delivery
• 5+ years as a Scrum Master
• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
• Experience in pharma-regulated settings

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in technical roles (developer, QA, architect)
• Experience with large-scale Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
