In this role, you will provide primary administrative support to a small group of Partners on the Investment team while also overseeing office manager responsibilities in the NYC office. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, prepare meeting materials, and support workplace operations to ensure a polished and efficient environment. This is a key role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.
Requirements
- 8+ years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in finance, VC, PE, or law firm
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Concur
- BS or BA degree in a relevant discipline
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and prioritize meetings to maximize team efficiency
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting materials and maintain confidential records
- Act as primary liaison with workplace services, facilities, security, and IT
- Plan and execute team gatherings and off-sites to strengthen culture
