You'll maintain and improve robotic arms and grippers using SolidWorks and root cause analysis. Your work enhances reliability and performance for our AI-powered robotic systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use SolidWorks to implement design changes for durability and cost.
• Diagnose failures and conduct root cause analysis.
• Develop and execute test plans for functional and durability testing.
• Update BOMs, assembly procedures, and inspection plans.

📋 Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–4 years in sustaining, test, or product engineering for electromechanical systems.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for part/assembly modeling and drawings.
• Hands-on test plan development for environmental, durability, or lifecycle testing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PDM/PLM systems and engineering change management.
• Statistical tools for reliability analysis (Weibull, Pareto, Cpk).
• Instrumentation and data acquisition (load cells, accelerometers, DAQ).
