📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience in battery manufacturing, preferably lithium-ion battery production
• Strong understanding of battery chemistry, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in process simulation and optimization tools (e.g., CAD, CAM, DOE)

• Familiarity with quality management systems like ISO 9001
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as UL, CE
