You will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance database solutions, set the technology roadmap, and drive innovation through advanced analytics and automation. You will ensure continuous database availability, oversee migrations and modernization initiatives, embed security by design, and act as a bridge between global governance and local business needs. Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• 15+ years experience in database engineering with focus on automation and cloud solutions
• Strong expertise in MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and/or Oracle
• Strong expertise in AWS RDS, Aurora, Snowflake, and/or MongoDB Atlas
• Extensive experience in database automation, SRE, data modeling, and ETL

• Champion continuous database service availability through proactive risk management and monitoring
