You'll lead blockchain protocol improvements for a globally adopted ecosystem, focusing on throughput optimization and low-latency transaction execution. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement advanced blockchain protocol improvements
• Develop parallelized transaction execution models for EVM environments
• Drive low-latency transaction experiences with pre-confirmation mechanisms
• Build and optimize core blockchain infrastructure components

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in backend, distributed systems, or protocol engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang and large-scale distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum clients such as Geth
• Proven track record of architecting high-performance production systems

• Familiarity with MEV, PBS, parallel execution models
• Open-source blockchain contributions or protocol-level experience
