Description

As a Senior Analyst, you will provide foundational analytical research and product level support across Oscar's individual and family plan and employer-subsidized product portfolios. You will focus on data analysis, market and competitive research, and performance monitoring to inform product strategy and design decisions.

Requirements

• 1+ years developing and managing commercial insurance products
• Travel up to 25% of the time
• BS/BA degree in quantitative or healthcare field or equivalent experience
• Proven analytical experience with ability to translate hard data into insight and action
• Prior experience in Health Insurance and/or Healthcare industry

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain models to forecast membership growth and retention rates
• Conduct market and competitive research across individual and employer-subsidized health insurance offerings
• Analyze product performance across growth, retention, utilization, and margin metrics
• Support product teams during filing cycles through data validation, QA, and analytical support
• Translate complex analyses into clear, structured insights for product and cross-functional partners
