You'll drive new business sales to financial advisors as part of Vestwell's growth team. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in your assigned territory. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact at a high-growth fintech startup.
π― What You'll Do
- Initiate and develop a healthy lead prospecting practice
- Create consistency in lead generation and pipeline growth
- Develop repeat regional relationships with financial advisor prospects
- Convert plan opportunities into closed won opportunities
π Requirements
- 1+ years in B2B sales, preferably in retirement, FinTech, or payroll
- Ability to carry a plan sale over the entire sales cycle
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals
- Good knowledge of Salesforce
