💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's team as a Mid-Level Interior Repair Technician, repairing and restoring vehicle interiors in a high-tech Inspection Center. Your work directly ensures customer-ready vehicles, with a focus on quality and efficiency. This role offers a $4,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair damaged cloth, fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and upholstery
• Repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching
• Color match and dye cloth and fabric
• Repair stars, bullseyes, cracks, and scratches in windows/windshields

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of professional automotive interior repair or glass repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license
• Valid driver's license and pass MVR check
