Description

As a Customer Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, creating memorable experiences for customers in our showroom. You'll educate buyers on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles, complete paperwork, and address any questions or issues to ensure a positive purchase journey.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to obtain a Notary within 90 days
• Physically demanding tasks: detailing and moving vehicles
• Walk/stand for 8+ hours in indoor/outdoor conditions
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable customer experience in the showroom
• Educate customers on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes
• Address customer questions and minor technical issues
• Drive and move vehicles safely on the lot
