You'll lead market growth and operations for a territory in Honor's owned operated business, blending field sales, relationship building, and P&L ownership. You'll personally drive referral development and revenue while testing new initiatives that shape company-wide playbooks. This role offers uncapped commission and the chance to transform aging care through innovation.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own territory P&L and drive revenue growth.
- Build referral networks with healthcare providers.
- Lead day-to-day operations including scheduling and care delivery.
- Develop and manage the local team.
- Use data to diagnose performance gaps and improve outcomes.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in field sales, operations, or general management.
- Proven success in in-person sales and relationship building.
- Experience driving territory growth and year-over-year revenue.
- Ability to operate as a player/coach in a growth-stage environment.
