You'll lead market growth and operations for a territory in Honor's owned operated business, blending field sales, relationship building, and P&L ownership. You'll personally drive referral development and revenue while testing new initiatives that shape company-wide playbooks. This role offers uncapped commission and the chance to transform aging care through innovation.

  • Own territory P&L and drive revenue growth.
  • Build referral networks with healthcare providers.
  • Lead day-to-day operations including scheduling and care delivery.
  • Develop and manage the local team.
  • Use data to diagnose performance gaps and improve outcomes.

  • 7+ years in field sales, operations, or general management.
  • Proven success in in-person sales and relationship building.
  • Experience driving territory growth and year-over-year revenue.
  • Ability to operate as a player/coach in a growth-stage environment.
