💼 About This Role

You'll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism, helping them build communication and daily living skills through one-on-one support. You'll collaborate with a team to implement behavior plans and track progress.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy using behavior reduction plans
• Collect data on client behaviors and skill acquisition via tablets
• Complete daily session notes and communicate with supervisors
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years experience working with children
• Comfortable working with children or individuals with special needs
• Ability to complete 40-hour RBT training course
