Description

You will join Natera's Patient Experience Data Science Analytics team to design reporting solutions, build dashboards, and support scalable data workflows that improve patient journeys and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in BI, Data Analytics, or related roles
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Quicksight, Power BI, etc.)
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts (star schema, snowflake schema)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, data pipelines, and dashboards for PX reporting
• Build patient journey visualization tools capturing billing, support, and communications touchpoints
• Perform data quality checks and troubleshooting to ensure reporting accuracy
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI solutions into BI workflows
• Support A/B test measurement and reporting by maintaining data extracts and dashboards
