🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify new provider leads via proactive research and prospecting
• Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners
• Nurture existing partnerships through in-person visits and emails
• Contribute to developing internal processes and educational resources

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of direct experience engaging with providers in BD, sales, or partnerships
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
