💼 About This Role

You'll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product, building the execution layer behind our revenue engine. You'll optimize demand generation programs into pipeline conversion and expansion outcomes, working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain lead routing and sales automation workflows.
• Develop AI Agents and automated GTM plays across the funnel.
• Translate product usage signals into revenue actions.
• Build GTM analytics and forecasting dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS company
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science and MBA
• Proven ability to operationalize lead routing, scoring, and pipeline workflows
• Experience with Marketing Automation workflows and ABM platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI Agents for GTM and B2B growth marketing
• Experience with SEO/GEO, paid acquisition, lead nurture
• Strong analytical rigor across attribution and forecasting
