💼 About This Role

You'll act as a mini-CEO, rapidly identifying, developing, and scaling new product lines and ventures within Formlabs. You'll own business outcomes and drive P&L results by identifying market opportunities and scaling existing units. This role spans the full product cycle from R&D to global-scale shipping across hardware, software, and materials science.

📋 Requirements

• Proven entrepreneurial experience building a business or venture
• Comfort with breadth across multi-disciplinary technology products
• Ownership hustle – a 'get it done' mindset
• Adaptive leadership – hiring and leading teams in a changing environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science degree
• MBA or consulting experience
• Familiarity with 3D printing technologies and materials
