๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Configure and maintain Workday Compensation plans across multiple countries
- Support annual and mid-year compensation review cycles end-to-end
- Build custom reports and dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage Workday integrations related to compensation data
๐ Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Workday configuration experience with Compensation modules
- Proven experience supporting compensation review cycles within Workday
- Strong proficiency in Workday custom report writing
- Experience with Workday security configuration

- Experience with Advanced Compensation module
- Experience with integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS)
