  • Configure and maintain Workday Compensation plans across multiple countries
  • Support annual and mid-year compensation review cycles end-to-end
  • Build custom reports and dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Manage Workday integrations related to compensation data

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Workday configuration experience with Compensation modules
  • Proven experience supporting compensation review cycles within Workday
  • Strong proficiency in Workday custom report writing
  • Experience with Workday security configuration

  • Experience with Advanced Compensation module
  • Experience with integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS)
