Requirements

• Active RN or LPN licensure in New Jersey
• Experience with trach, vent, g-tube, and seizure management preferred
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely using Hoyer lift
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to clients with cerebral palsy, ALS, Chron's disease, and other complex conditions
• Manage tracheostomy, ventilator, feeding tube, and foley catheter
• Administer medications and monitor for seizures and diabetes
• Document patient status and coordinate with healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on care plans and safety
