Description

You will ensure the quality of enterprise product functionality through testing and automation, working cross-functionally to resolve VOIP service issues and improve delivery. You'll design and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell, and contribute to AWS cloud and CI/CD tooling.

Requirements

• 8+ years VOIP QA experience with manual and automated testing
• Strong knowledge of VOIP protocols (SIP, RTP)
• Experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, ASG, ECS, Load Balancer, CloudWatch)
• Strong Linux knowledge and Shell scripting/Python/JavaScript/SIPP
• 3+ years API testing experience

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell
• Automate deployment testing, build tools, and improve frameworks
• Utilize diagnostic tools to resolve VOIP service issues (call quality, SIP trunking, latency)
• Work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues
• Participate in planning and implementation of VOIP infrastructure upgrades
