💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy and production of a portfolio of owned casino games, including slots, table games, and crash-style games. You'll turn game concepts into shipped, monetizing products, selecting partners and building the internal design function. This role offers the potential to transition from external execution into an internal games studio over time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define game portfolio strategy and build vs partner decisions
• Manage end-to-end production from concept to launch
• Oversee RTP, volatility, and risk mechanics
• Own game performance post-launch and iteration decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in casino game production or iGaming studio leadership
• Shipped real-money casino games end-to-end
• Strong understanding of game mathematics, RTP, and volatility
• Experience managing external studios or distributed teams

• Background in top operators or leading originals studios
• Familiarity with cloud cost optimisation and live-service monitoring
• Exposure to certification labs and regulated markets
