You'll lead our platform team to build scalable, reliable infrastructure for private markets technology. You will own the platform strategy, drive technical direction for AWS/Kubernetes, and partner with product teams to deliver seamless developer experiences. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coach the platform engineering team.
• Own platform strategy, roadmap, and priority decisions.
• Provide technical direction for AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Drive improvements to CI/CD and developer experience.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience leading engineering teams
• Proficient in software engineering with hands-on Cloud/DevOps/Platform/SRE experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes based platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript/Node.js and React
• Knowledge of FusionAuth, Retool, or similar tools
