• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers
• Collaborate with Product to plan and prioritize work
• Drive engineering best practices and quality improvements
• Use data to identify opportunities and improve reliability

📋 Requirements

• Experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead
• Proven ability to support engineers' development and progression
• Strong understanding of production systems and SDLC
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
