Description
In this role, you will help customers with inquiries on billing, contract renewals, and cancellations, and resolve issues about Samsara products and services via phone, chat, and email. You'll prioritize your work queue and provide excellent service throughout the service cycle.
Requirements
- 3-5 years customer-facing experience in contact center
- English fluency
- Proven ability to deliver positive customer experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience managing 20+ cases per day across phone, chat, email
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries on billing issues and questions
- Manage contract renewals and cancellations
- Resolve product and service escalations
- Prioritize work queue and backlog alongside incoming requests
- Provide excellent service from initial request to final close out
