💼 About This Role

You'll join the Incentives Development team to build and optimize a REST API and AWS infrastructure for a best-in-class sales performance management SaaS platform. Your work will directly impact scalability and low latency across large datasets. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement cutting-edge features that delight customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build new features for the REST API using C# and AWS CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with product management, designers, and QA to implement features.
• Review pull requests to ensure high code quality.
• Optimize application performance for scalability and low latency.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience with data-intensive applications.
• Proficiency in C# or Python.
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Redshift) and SQL.
• B2 level English or higher communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Node.js experience.
• Understanding of ELT/ETL processes and large-scale data handling.
• Software Design fundamentals.
