Description

You will manage financial modeling, analytics, and investor due diligence for Proprietary Fund transactions, plus post-close management and reporting until property stabilization. You'll also cross-train with senior staff and support Multi-Investor and Club Funds.

Requirements

• Experience in fund/partnership accounting and tax preparation; LIHTC experience highly desirable
• CPA designation preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with financial modeling proficiency
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex financial data
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of experience in a similar position

Responsibilities

• Manage Fund level projections and investor due diligence workflow through closing
• Perform quarterly updates to property and Fund level projections, focusing on capital accounts and investor IRR
• Manage quarterly Fund financial statements and assist with Corporate financial statements
• Review Fund and Partnership operating agreements, record transactions, monitor capital contributions
• Ensure compliance with Fund operating agreements and analyze post-close waiver requests
