You'll join Splend's Cricklewood retail hub to help customers choose vehicle subscriptions for rideshare driving. You'll engage with warm leads in a fast-paced, face-to-face sales environment. This role offers performance-based bonuses and flexible leave options.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Understand vehicle subscription packages and features.
• Engage customers to recommend suitable subscription solutions.
• Guide customers through the full sales process to sign-up.
• Meet sales KPIs including conversion and customer satisfaction.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a target-driven sales role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs.
• Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
• Full, unrestricted UK Driver's Licence.
