You'll lead a plant-forward kitchen for a community-driven real estate brand. Your menus and operations will shape the resident experience across multiple outlets. This role offers the chance to build culinary culture from the ground up in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute and innovate plant-forward, Mediterranean-inspired menus within budget targets
  • Manage daily kitchen operations including labor, food cost, and waste reduction
  • Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to uphold quality standards
  • Oversee catering logistics and profitable execution of events

📋 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of culinary experience
  • At least 2–3 years in a leadership role (Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager)
  • Experience overseeing full P&L or kitchen financial performance
  • Background in multi-outlet operations, catering, or retail food concepts
