💼 About This Role

You'll join Workato's Partner Success department as the first regional hire in EMEA, owning a portfolio of partners and driving them to deliver high-quality customer outcomes while scaling their Workato practice. You'll act as a strategic advisor, build strong relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of partners and drive practice maturity
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and health checks
• Support partners in winning key deals and crafting proposals
• Monitor partner-led projects and escalate issues

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience in partner success or services delivery
• Proven track record of scaling partner practices
• Fluency in English required
• Willingness to travel ~25%

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluency in additional European languages (French, German, Italian, etc.)
• Experience with GSIs or large SIs
• Background in enterprise SaaS or automation
