You will lead and shape MongoDB's Executive Support department, coaching Senior Executive Assistants to C-suite leaders. You'll design scalable frameworks for communication and operations, ensuring seamless execution of business priorities across global teams and regions.

Requirements

• 10+ years executive support leadership experience, ideally with C-suite
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior leaders
• Strong ability to design scalable frameworks and optimize operations
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, calendar management, and video conferencing

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale frameworks for global executive support operations
• Manage and mentor Executive Assistants to C-suite executives
• Act as liaison between senior executives and assistants, building relationships
• Balance and meet high demands of C-suite leaders by anticipating needs
• Implement processes and tools to drive operational efficiency across regions
