🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop e-learning courses using Articulate Rise/Storyline and Evolve
• Translate SME content into storyboards and interactive modules
• Create on-brand graphics, slide decks, and visual aids using Canva and PowerPoint
• Pilot GenAI tools like HeyGen and Synthesia for content creation

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Learning Designer or Instructional Design role
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise 360 or similar rapid e-learning tool
• Strong visual design skills with Canva or PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles

• Experience with AI-powered tools like Synthesia or HeyGen
