You'll own the full sales cycle for commercial electric vehicles, prospecting new fleet customers and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. Your core impact will be expanding Xos' footprint in the commercial EV space while consistently exceeding sales targets. This role offers the chance to work in a cutting-edge industry and shape fleet electrification.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect and research new fleet customers
  • Manage full sales cycle from contact to delivery
  • Use consultative sales approach to propose EV solutions
  • Maintain pipeline and reporting in CRM (HubSpot)

📋 Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED, Bachelor's preferred
  • Proven B2B sales or account management experience
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and Google Suite

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to commercial fleets
  • Familiarity with RFP processes and fleet procurement
  • Understanding of EV technology and fleet electrification
