You'll own the full sales cycle for commercial electric vehicles, prospecting new fleet customers and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. Your core impact will be expanding Xos' footprint in the commercial EV space while consistently exceeding sales targets. This role offers the chance to work in a cutting-edge industry and shape fleet electrification.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect and research new fleet customers
- Manage full sales cycle from contact to delivery
- Use consultative sales approach to propose EV solutions
- Maintain pipeline and reporting in CRM (HubSpot)
📋 Requirements
- High school diploma/GED, Bachelor's preferred
- Proven B2B sales or account management experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and Google Suite
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling to commercial fleets
- Familiarity with RFP processes and fleet procurement
- Understanding of EV technology and fleet electrification
