🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and development of eLearning, instructor-led, and blended programs
• Conduct training needs analysis and translate business requirements into strategies
• Create instructional design documents, storyboards, and learning blueprints
• Collaborate with SMEs to convert complex content into engaging experiences

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• 5-7 years of Instructional Design experience
• Experience in corporate L&D environments

• Exposure to learning analytics and evaluation frameworks
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate)
