💼 About This Role

You'll create a safe, restorative environment for K-8 students, bridging school-day and after-school programs. You'll staff the Wellness Center, facilitate peer conflicts, and coach students in self-awareness and emotional regulation. This role integrates SEL into daily programming and supports staff through coaching and training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Staff the Wellness Center during school day for student check-ins and regulation.
• Facilitate peer conflicts using restorative circles and mediation.
• Coach students to articulate emotions and set behavioral goals.
• Lead SEL activities like cooperative games, journaling, and movement.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in student behavior support or SEL programming
• Knowledge of restorative practices and trauma-informed approaches
• Ability to collaborate with school-day staff and families

• Bilingual in Spanish or other languages spoken by families
