You'll be the first line of IT support for employees, handling user onboarding, SaaS administration, and macOS hardware setup. You'll play a key role in supporting SOC 2 compliance and streamlining IT operations as we grow. This is a remote-first role at a leading AI software company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as first line of IT support via Slack and ticketing system
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding with Okta and SaaS management
• Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf, 1Password, and other apps
• Set up and manage macOS hardware inventory and asset tracking

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
• Proficient with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Apple device management
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Security-first mindset with understanding of access controls

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Lumos, Drata, Rippling, or 1Password
• Experience with Slack-based ticketing systems
