Description

As a Software Engineer (C++) on the Predictive Alin AI team, you will build high-performance technologies for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. Collaborate with a global engineering team to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software while mentoring junior engineers and improving performance, reliability, and developer experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years professional software engineering experience
• 1+ years hands-on with modern C++ (C++17/20 preferred)
• Proficiency with CMake and GCC toolchain
• Deep understanding of multithreading, lock contention, profiling tools, and cache behavior
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (ideally TeamCity) and basic AWS services

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on planning, architecture, design, development, and maintenance of high-quality applications
• Analyze requirements, define system features, and implement robust functionality
• Write clean C++ code, conduct code reviews, and develop unit tests
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Identify and implement improvements in performance, security, reliability, and developer experience
