In this mid-level role, you will support the HR Operations team by handling employee relations, managing HRIS systems, and driving core HR processes to keep the organization running smoothly. You will serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, coach supervisors, lead audits, and support HR projects that improve efficiency and experience.

Requirements

  • Mid-level HR experience with employee relations and HRIS management
  • Collaborative and able to handle variety and peak seasons
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate, confidential documentation

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first contact for entry-level employee concerns, conduct investigations, and escalate when appropriate
  • Coach supervisors on performance and policy matters; support training on respectful workplace practices
  • Act as HRIS expert for configuration, reporting, and data integrity; lead audits and compliance-driven reporting
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and partner with IT and vendors on improvements
  • Lead and support HR projects that improve efficiency and experience
