Description

You will service and repair commercial generators on cell phone towers in your region. Your responsibilities include maintaining generators, diagnosing and repairing problems, installing or replacing components, and conducting performance checks to ensure proper readiness.

Requirements

• Two or more years of generator maintenance experience preferred
• Minimum one year of work experience with generator maintenance and electrical software/hardware
• Thorough knowledge of generator installations, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge of FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds, stoop, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Maintain generators, diagnose and repair problems
• Install or replace components and entire systems
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance
• Install fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring and controls
• Respond promptly to power/generator alarms and be on call 24/7
