💼 About This Role

You'll own outbound strategy and generate pipeline for a rapidly scaling AI startup. You'll build creative campaigns and experiment with new lead generation channels to reach technical buyers. This role offers a clear path to progress into an Account Executive position as the GTM org expands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Building and executing creative outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads
• Setting up and optimizing new lead generation channels through content experiments
• Building basic sales processes and tracking efforts in CRM
• Supporting deals from initial contact through to close

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a BDR or in a Growth role
• Experience selling technical products to technical buyers
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of sales development best practices

• Experience selling ML/AI or developer tools
• Previous work at a high-growth startup
• Established relationships in the ML/AI ecosystem
• Technical background or strong interest in AI/ML
