Description

In this role, you will lead a sales team in the Osaka area, driving business development and strategic execution to acquire and support restaurant partners for Rocket Now, Coupang's food delivery service. You will analyze market data, derive insights, and solve operational issues to achieve team goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2C and B2B sales experience
• Direct sales experience with diverse products and services
• Ability to define problems and derive solutions based on strategic thinking
• Preference for candidates ready to execute strategies immediately
• Willingness to work in specified regions (Tokyo, Osaka, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team and develop sales strategies
• Derive execution strategies through selection and market analysis
• Analyze performance metrics by store, region, and channel
