You will guide enterprise clients through their digital transformation journey by deploying, adopting, and optimizing Ada's AI-powered customer experience platform. You'll drive measurable outcomes like automated resolution rates and customer satisfaction, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the client lifecycle.
Requirements
- 4+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, or post-sales technical consulting (SaaS, CX, or AI preferred)
- Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market clients with measurable outcomes
- Strong technical aptitude with APIs, integrations, and system configurations
- Analytical thinker able to interpret performance data and turn insights into recommendations
- Exceptional communication and relationship management across technical and executive audiences
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout the customer lifecycle
- Own and manage a book of business to achieve measurable ACX outcomes
- Partner with clients to deploy, scale, and mature ACX programs
- Serve as technical consultant on integrations with SaaS and API environments like Salesforce, Zendesk, Shopify, HubSpot
- Analyze AI Agent performance and drive optimization through data analysis and best practices
