You'll join Coupang Ads' Sales Enablement team to develop sales playbooks and deliver enablement programs that help sales teams drive advertiser business growth. Your work will remove sales bottlenecks and standardize best practices across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze sales bottlenecks through shadowing and provide solutions
• Create content and training for sales teams on full-funnel solutions
• Standardize sales processes and develop playbooks with best practices
• Design certification programs for sales team skill verification

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in advertising business or sales experience
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams
• Experience planning and executing Sales Enablement programs
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
