💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end marketing strategy for Spotify's Backstage SaaS platform, serving developer and enterprise customers. You'll build growth programs, define positioning, and scale revenue through digital acquisition and community strategy. This role offers ownership of a high-impact B2B product within a Fortune 100 client base.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy for SOE products
  • Lead digital and paid acquisition targeting technical buyers
  • Partner with Engineering and Sales to align roadmap and priorities
  • Scale marketing operations with dashboards and reporting

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS growth or product marketing
  • 5+ years leading high-performing marketing teams
  • Experience marketing developer tools or infrastructure platforms
  • Track record of owning revenue or adoption targets

  • Background in open source marketing
